ESG Committee

The ESG Committee is tasked by the Board of Directors with examining dossiers relating to the 3 ESG pillars of Environment, Social and Governance for the bank and its subsidiaries, before they are reviewed and validated by the Board of Directors.

The ESG Committee meets at least twice a year, and whenever it deems necessary or the Bank's current situation so requires, at the invitation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
