Governance, Appointment and Remuneration Committee

Meeting twice a year and whenever it deems necessary upon convocation by the President , the governance, appointment and remuneration committee manages the appointments and remunerations of the group’s principal executives and submits proposals relating to the governance system.

This committee is composed of three sub-committes:
