The Chairman and CEO of Attijariwafa bank Group and the CEO of Arab Bank Group signed on January 13, 2020 a memorandum of understanding which aims at strengthening multilateral cooperation between Morocco and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan as well as the countries of presence of the two banks. The cooperation agreement between the two parties covers several areas including project finance, capital markets, trade finance, cash management services and products and syndicated loans. |

The signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Attijariwafa bank group and the African Guarantee Fund group, a major fund in Africa, whose main objective is to encourage the financing of small and medium enterprises. This agreement will enable the Attijariwafa bank group to support women entrepreneurs by benefiting from portfolio guarantees on the one hand, and to provide technical support, in partnership with African Guarantee Fund, to SMEs in all the countries where the Group is present on the other hand. |

Under the Memorandum, the two parties undertake to formalize a framework for cooperation to promote the sharing of good practice in the banking, financial and business fields.
